Mount Rinjani, at 3,726 meters (12,224 feet), is Indonesia's second highest volcano and third highest mountain. The Lombok peak is a dormant volcano, and an active volcano can be found inside the Segara Anak lake, Gunung Baru Jari 2,376 m in Mount Rinjani National Park, Indonesia.

Who Is Capable of Trekking Rinjani? Anyone over the age of ten, as well as those in their 60s and 70s! All you need is determination and a strong desire to reach the summit.  Verified 3 day / 2 night Rinjani trek My friend and I had the best time with Hamdi on our Rinjani trek! Hamdi is so fun and has lots of energy, but is also really cautious about your safety. We did the 3 day / 2 night trek up to the peak, down to the crater lake and out of the park. It was tough and you definitely have to move pretty quickly up and down quite a lot of elevation gain/loss. There were a few places we were nervous navigating, but Hamdi immediately noticed and helped us safely through these patches. We were well fed on our trip, had good briefings from Hamdi about what to expect on each part of the trek, and had a lot of fun with our group. He also brought great snacks for when we took rests — always important for morale :)I would 100% recommend choosing to do your Rinjani hike with Hamdi!

 Verified Amazing 3D2N trek It was an amazing hike up to Gunung Rinjani with Hamdi as our guide! We did the 3 days 2 nights tour.  The porters were an inspiration with their power. We ate incredible food, and Hamdi was the best guide you can wish for, super friendly, motivating and everytime positive with a smile. I would definitely go again with him to the summit!  Verified Amazing three days The Mount Rinjani climb was amazing ! (We did 3 days 2 nights). Our guide Hill was so sweet and funny he really couldn’t do enough for us, and the porters were amazing the way they carried all of our food and tents. Food was also delicious. The views are mesmerising and you feel so proud of yourself at the end of the three days, but one thing to consider is that these treks are HARD. You get very little sleep on the first night because of the sun rise descent and then you have to spend the whole trekking down and up snother ridge - you probably cover about 15 miles of incline and decline in one day. We were four twenty year olds and we were exhausted. However, if you are a reasonable level of fitness it is achievable and it is beautiful. Thank you again Hill!!! :)

 Verified Show your support to small time guides :) We did our 3D2N Sembalun - Torean trek with Hill as our guide.Torean is a new route developed recently and I’d recommend this over the popular Senaru route as the views heading down is simply majestic.On the guide - Hill is friendly and soft spoken. It was a pleasant experience with Hill and his two porters - Chung and Yung. They all made sure we had enough water to drink and we were extremely well fed! Hill speaks English fairly well.There are plenty of options out there for bigger trekking agencies, but I’d recommend supporting the smaller guides, especially after 2 years of lockdown. As I spoke to several guides during the hike, the amount received by the guides and porters between bigger agencies and freelancers like Hill are almost similar, might as well help the smaller guys out!Drop him a message +62 878-1737-3965 when you’re planning your hike up!

 Verified Amazing trip with wonderful guide I had such an amazing trip hiking up Mount Rinjani with Hamdi as my guide! We did the 2 day 1 night hike up to the crater rim. The porters we're wonderful, we ate incredible food, and Hamdi was an awesome guide, super friendly and positive. I would definitely go again, and would highly recommend going with Hamdi.
